A LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
WORSHIP-FM becomes REACH-FM!
We are truly grateful for your ongoing support of Worship FM. This radio ministry has impacted many lives since its launch in 1998, thanks to friends like you that believe in this local mission. We recognize that the landscape has changed significantly since 1998 when this station started on 95.3 FM. From technologies continuing to evolve, to more listening choices and platforms, and a new generation over 25 years later, God is still working for greater Kingdom impact. We also acknowledge that as methods change and a new generation is here, we hope to meet the needs in our community.
The radio team this past year has spent intentional time together, to evaluate every aspect of this ministry, to prayerfully and clearly understand God’s vision for the future of Worship FM. God has revealed a renewed vision to “Reach Maine with the love of Jesus”. Our mission moving forward is “To serve Maine people and organizations with the hope of Jesus Christ through media ministry & community involvement.”
On June 20, 2022, this radio station launched into an exciting new chapter for this ministry, as we introduce REACH-FM! The name Reach-FM, encompasses the renewed mission and vision God has spoken through this team. Along with some exciting new changes on-air, we have a lineup of incredible on-air personalities who will share life, faith and community with you, with the best contemporary Christian music available to provide hope through the right songs at the right time. We are also going to be out in the community hosting “Street Team” events and partnering with the local churches, towns and cities for great events that matter to you. We are in the process of building our “Street Team” of volunteers to serve at events, concerts and outreach opportunities.
We pray you’re excited, as we believe God is breathing new fresh air into this radio ministry. We would be honored if you would pray for this team and continue to support financially in what God is doing in our community. We would like to invite you to also prayerfully considering giving a gift anytime to support this new effort. Thank you in advance as we reach out with this new station.
Blessings,
Deb Leavitt
